There is very piddling I tin can do with that error. You will have to look at Drupal's Recent log and server's PHP log.
A wild gauge is y'all might all the same have some old configuration installed like webform nodes.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I tried the same method on two different domains with the aforementioned results. This is definitely a bug that needs to exist stock-still and am surprised that it hasn't come-up until now.
It's disapointing to come across Webform unable to be re-installed on the same domain multiple times!
Upon further research, apparently the same issue existed in Drupal seven.
If you seeing a similar issue in D7, I call back the event might be related to your web server, file system, or database.
Are yous able to replicate this issue using https://simplytest.me?

I tried running update.php and it said 159 updates available simply when I tried to run it errored (please check the fastened screen captures).
The error log is as follows:
Drupal\Core\Database\SchemaObjectExistsException: Tabular array webform already exists. in Drupal\Core\Database\Schema->createTable() (line 653 of /home/varnitec/public_html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Database/Schema.php).
Table webform already exists might be the issue...
Webform module is now enabled after the update.php just unfortunately everytime I try to run it again keeps giving the same error!
any suggestion is appreciated.

That'due south the report that I posted previously. Here's another i for the new webform that I tried to create and it failed:
Here is another set of errors:
In the Status report I see the post-obit errors:
I have restored the site to June 19th only all the same unable to re-install Webform, even after repairing the database.
I believe this is a problems, therefore am willing to provide my website credentials then yous and other developers tin take a wait and find a solution.
The site is still new and I don't mind if things are changed or more than corruption occurs. Just want this bug fixed so others will not accept like
issues.
If the developers are interested to look into this issue, send me a private message and I will send the credentials.
I tried it on a plain fresh installation of D8 and was only reproducable if I remove the webform folder without properly uninstalling information technology, which is not the correct way of removing a module. But note that information technology's rendering the whole site inaccessible. Probably it'south not a webform event but a Drupal core issue.
And so permit's ignore it for now.
Thank you Jason for all the help.
